with our own hands, our welcoming home has five bedrooms with study,
formal lounge, open plan kitchen, dinning and family room. There is
one main bathroom equipped with shower and spa bath and separate toilet.
A full en-suite with toilet and shower is attached to the master bedroom. Our house is equipped with all of the modern devices you would expect in a home. There are six televisions, all connected to free to air and Austar programming. A fully equipped home office with a sofa bed (can accommodate two people). Stereo, dvd jukebox, dvd players, Xbox, play station one, and video player are scattered around the home. A large rear projector television with channel preview is a must for the sportsman. Located at the end of a cul-de-sac, our home is approximately 30 metres to the 16th hole of Neangar Golf Club. Eaglehawk is a quiet and enchanting town, with the usual services and goods. Only 10 minutes from the centre of Bendigo, the heart of Victoria. Melbourne is only 2 hours drive away south and Echuca/Moama (New South Wales) is only 1 1/2 hours away. There is much to do, particularly for those interested in heritage. Cafes, galleries and antique stores are plentiful. Known as a old goldrush town it allows you to experience the ambience of history, with all modern services. |
