apartment is a 6yr old two story rear unit in a block of two,2100 sq ft,3
bedrooms and study,2 bathrooms and double garage, quite and private and
100metres from a golden sand surf beach and 70metres from local shops and
transport. The Gold Coast is a popular holiday destination and is famous for its fabulous surf beaches along a 70k coastline and with sunshine and warm weather all year there is lots to see and do beside the beach and surf There is top class restaurants and world class entertainment in the clubs and golf and bowls can be played all year and we have many theme parks and wildlife sanctuaries and close to the coast are mountain villages, tropical rainforests, national parks, art galleries, waterfalls and a breathtaking view of our coastline. Brisbane is 1 hour drive north and Sydney 1 hour flight south and the Great Barrier Reef 3 hour flight north. We are Warren and Bev,retired builders with interests in walking, surfing, golf and crafts with 4 daughters and 7 grandchildren who keep us busy. Our area can be seen on www.Queensland-holidays.com.au also www.goldcoasttourism.com.au We have two late model auto cars and we have had 4 exchanges with 3 in Canada and 1 in England all have been great and we would like to exchange at least 4 weeks |
