| Description. Our comfortable 3 bedroom, 2 story family home is on an extremely quiet street just 2 minutes walk from the local beach. Next door is an art gallery and next door to that is a small café that serves great coffee (very handy!). The house was built in 1919, has high ceilings and wooden floors throughout. We love to entertain and the large kitchen is modern and well equipped with it's own dining area. The lounge and formal dining room is in one large room. There are 2 bathrooms with shower and bath, a laundry, cable TV and Internet. At the back is a small sub-tropical garden which also has an outdoor area for entertaining. Our bedroom has a queen size bed and overlooks the garden. The largest bedroom at the front of the house has a double bed. The third bedroom, which also overlooks the garden, is currently acting as my office but can easily accommodate a single bed. Our home is in Clovelly in an area of Sydney known as the eastern beach suburbs, which is nestled between the ocean and the city. We're about a 15 minute drive from the city centre. There's great public transport but we'd also offer the use of our car for exploring the rest of our beautiful city and surrounds. | |||
