Description.
Located 2 hours drive north of Perth on a beautiful stretch of white
beach. Our beach house is just 5 minutes walk from the beach and close to
shops and local pubs. Lancelin is our holiday home when we need to take a
break from pottery wheels and kilns. Each year Lancelin beach hosts
the National Windsurfing Championships. Small islands are
within easy reach by boat. A great place for driving sand dune buggies,
sand boarding and excellent for ocean diving on the shipwrecks off the
coast or for just relaxing. Lancelin is a small community beach town with
lobster fishing as its major industry. Local attractions include
"The
Pinnacles" which are world class ancient sand formations unique
to this part of the coast, moving sand dunes created by the wind, dolphin watching, beach fishing and Australian
wildflowers.
Our beach house is modest but comfortable. It sleeps 6 people, has a good
washing machine, kitchen and rear patio for outdoor living, including a
nice barbeque to cook your fish on.
