Description. Our home is a modern
townhouse in Southport which is central to all amenities on the Gold
Coast. It is my residence and therefore has all facilities such as TV,
washing machine etc. We have a small courtyard garden which is very low
maintenance, but watering of plants is necessary during the month of
November. We are very house proud and would take great care of your
property as if it was our own. We would like to exchange with someone in
Sydney during November, 2001. Would also consider exchanging with
someone on the Costa Del Sol, Spain in May, 2002 The Gold Coast is a
perfect holiday area built around waterways, close to beautiful white
beaches and tropical rain forests. It is cosmoplitan, has many local
attractions and good restaurants. Seaworld, Movie World and Dreamworld,
fabulous golf courses, many outdoor sports and excellent boating and
fishing.
