Description. Tamborine
Mountain is inland about 30-40klms from the Gold Coast. One hours drive
to both Brisbane and the New South Wales border. Tamborine Mountain is
residential, small farms & tourist with lots of restaurants
and rainforest walks. Our
eight year old timber house has fabulous views to the ocean. The house
has a double garage with automatic door and we would be including a four
year old 4 cylinder Toyota automatic car in the swap. Downstairs we have
a big lounge/dining, modern kitchen, main bathroom, office and craft
room all on timbered floor and upstairs on carpet we have three bedrooms
with two en-suite bathrooms and a loft sitting room. As we do not smoke
we do not wish smoking in the house and wish to exchange with a couple
only.
