person spa, upstairs. Three bedrooms, bathroom and rumpus room
downstairs. In ground pool with heated 12 person Jacuzzi. Modern Kitchen
with double ovens, microwave and dishwasher. Huge verandas with lovely
mountain views. We live in Milton, a charming country town. Our
neighbours are incredibly friendly and will look after you as much or as
little as you desire. Gorgeous antique stores, galleries and
restaurant/cafes plus local shops are all within easy walking distance.
There are tennis courts for hire just around the corner. We are five
minutes drive from seven of the most beautiful beaches in our state. You
can see Pigeon House Mountain and Budawang National Park from our
verandah and both are 15 minutes drive away providing you with hundreds
of picnic spots, fishing, bush walks and wonderful scenery. Both Sydney
and Canberra are an easy 2.5 hours drive so you can explore all these
regions easily from your base in our lovely home without all the noise
and pollution of the city. Ulladulla just five minutes drive away has
all the amenities from large supermarkets to aquatic centre and gym.
Mollymook has two excellent golf courses.
