Approximately 10 golf courses within 5 miles. Minutes to the beach. Forty minutes to the mountains. Penguins of Phillip Island are a little further south. Close by are markets, large shopping complexes, churches, kids play centres, parks, gardens etc... Our house is well cared for and you will enjoy your time here. Our home has three bedrooms, (two beds in one large room) study with unlimited web and email access, alarm, en-suite with shower, second bathroom has spa and shower and third bathroom downstairs. Fully decked modern kitchen. Meals dining area overlooks rear fernery. Separate family room with open fire place, dining and lounge room. Work shed out back for the "man" who can't leave well enough alone. Remote double garage, ducted heating, air-conditioning, security lighting & alarm. Two pets - Noodles a seven year old black/white "kitten" and "Harry" our new Shihtzu/Maltese cross. Very well behaved pets. Harry survives on leftovers while Noodles eats out of a can! Only addition after the picture  is a chest high federation fence.
