| Description. We live in Two Rocks just an hour from the CBD of Perth. Joondalup which is our main centre and has cinemas and major shopping is only 20 minutes away. The whole area has a population of 5,500. It is a fishing town. Mainly lobster. Ken is a Cray fisherman and I am a real estate agent. There are 2 golf course within a few minutes drive and the lovely Yanchep National Park. Our house is overlooking the marina and walking distance to shops, beach and transport. It is a modern two storey brick and tile home with a double lock up garage and a big shed. There is a well equipped kitchen, a bar area, 3 lounge rooms, outdoor entertaining with BBQ, and a study. The main bedroom is upstairs with a lounge, ensuite with spa, and balcony all of which have sea views. There are 3 other bedrooms downstairs. One with a queen bed, one with a double bed, and one with single bunks. The dogs live outside and are well secured but the minding of them need not be an issue. | ||||
