| Description. We have a
three-bedroom brick house on the northern end of the beautiful Gold Coast
in SE Queensland. Main bedroom had ensuite and walk in robe. All rooms
with double/queen size beds. Family room with breakfast nook, tv/dvd/cable/video
etc. and extra double fold out bed. Formal lounge dining area, additional
family room with television and cable (perfect for children/teenagers
retreat). Covered patio area with barbeque, fenced pool, separate spa and
private jetty on canal (fishing rods provided). 15 minute walk to local shops, waterfront eateries and safe still water swimming area (perfect for young children). 10 minute drive to major theme parks, 20 minutes drive to surfing beaches, bus at door to shopping centres and Surfers Paradise and 1 hour to Brisbane. Rainforest walks and wineries 30 mins drive. We have two cats and one 12 month old dog. Arrangements can be made for our dog Ned, who is child friendly, if you would rather not care for pets. Smoking outdoors is fine. Internet access available. |
