clear your mind and deepen your soul. Our cedar home is very comfortable and cosy, it is not large but adequate with a great location. Our house has 3 bedrooms (all queen or double beds), one bathroom and separate toilet, lounge, fully equipped kitchen, meals area and automatic washing machine. There is a large patio at the rear of the house with estuary views and a boat ramp. Relax under the patio with outdoor furniture, BBQand crab cooker. Two minute stroll to waters edge, picnic area. TV/Video/Stereo, fully equipped kitchen, Crab nets, reticulated low care garden, BBQ/outdoor furniture This is our holiday home so the house exchange does not need to be simultaneous. Mandurah is located just 60 minutes drive time from Perth CBD and at the end of 2006 the train line will open giving express access by public transport to the city centre. The famous and award winning Miami Bake house Bakery is located less than 1 kilometre from our home, and with Mandurah canals, National Parks and waterways this is truly a beautiful place to visit. There is plenty to do and see in Mandurah: Watch the dolphins, enjoy a game of golf, picnic along the waters edge, fishing and crabbing, swim at the beautiful beaches, visit a winery, excellent restaurants, performing Arts centre www.mymandurah.com www.mandurah.wa.gov.au www.westaustralia.net The Destination Anywhere, preference is for Hawaii, Los Angeles, Las Vegas, San Francisco for short stays.
