Description. Our
house is a modern double storied three bedroom dwelling, two bedrooms have
double beds ,the other bedroom is used as a Study/computer area but has a
double sofa/bed if needed. We are situated about 15 minute drive to
any one of the 15 kilometers of surfing beaches on the coast. We are only
at the most a half mile walk to a very good shopping mall and the same
distance to the train station linking the Gold coast to Brisbane & the
airports there. The living area is air-conditioned as is the the
study area and the main bedroom, the other bedroom has a ceiling fan for
cooling . The region is very central to Libraries, Churches of all
denominations and hopefully-not needed ,hospitals. |
