  Description.  Description: Our home was built in 1995 it is a large home by Canadian standards and is considered upper middle class. The home includes 3 bedrooms a games room (4th bedroom), 3 bathrooms, family room, kitchen, living room, dining room, and a office. We have a large yard which contains many flower beds and a large grass area for children to play. There is a basketball hoop, and a playhouse on the property. We also have a secluded garden just outside our backdoor for those who like to meditate. Our home is close to Hwy 1 and just 20 minutes from Vancouver. Surrey boasts a variety of things to do for both children and adults alike. We have world class golf courses, horseback riding, water parks, (to many things to list) Location: We are 2 1/2 hours from the #1 ski mountain, in the world "Whistler" an easy day trip, it is also a world class summer destination. Whistler has mountain biking, lakes, shopping, and many other activities. There are also 3 other local ski mountains within an hour of Surrey. We are 30 minutes to the Pacific Ocean "White Rock" 30 minutes to "Downtown Vancouver", and 30 minutes to the "US Border". and we are 5 minutes from Surrey's largest shopping mall "Guildford". Other Information: Our home is a non-smoking residence. We cannot extend the use of our vehicle as per BC Law. Surrey offers a full range of vacation services such as banking, stores, restaurants, taxes, and buses. Susan and John have 2 boys ages 5 and 9, sometimes we would be traveling with them and sometimes without. John has been a Technician with Telus Mobility for 22 years, and Susan owns her own business. We have thought about home trading in the past but felt a little nervous. This will be our 1st time trading so please be patient with us. Or if you can give us any advice it would be greatly appreciated.
