Description. We are non-smokers
and own a lovely, executive home in Oakville, Ontario. Oakville is a 30
minute drive to Toronto and just over an hour drive to the spectacular
Niagara Falls. Our town has about 120,000 people, many excellent
restaurants, a lovely waterfront and many great shops downtown. Oakville
has several top quality public golf courses nearby including the home of
the PGA Canadian Open - Glen Abbey Golf Course (within walking distance
of our home). Our home has 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a garden and is
located in a quiet neighbourhood. We have walking and biking paths close
by (in, fact our home backs onto the path along a beautiful, natural
ravine). Car exchange can also be arranged. You can be assured that we
will treat your home and belongings with care. We are a family of 4
including my husband, myself and two young girls (3 and 5 years). We
have two dogs and one hamster who would all stay elsewhere during an
exchange. We are experienced travelers and our family enjoyed our first
home exchange with a family in the Netherlands last year. We enjoy good
food and wine, leisurely exploration and the girls love swimming in any
kind of water. Unfortunately we are unable to stay in a home with indoor
cats due to allergies.
