| Description. My house in on the
Sunshine Coast in British Columbia, which is a 40 minute ferry ride from
Vancouver. Gibsons is a small arts based community with picturesque
fishing harbour and little shops and great restaurants. My house is across from a safe beach and 10 minutes walk from the town. It has a large garden and sleeps 5 comfortably. One double bed, 1 queen size bed, and 1 single sofa bed in living room. This is quite a small house, but the sundeck increases living space in the summer. The sundeck runs the length of the house at the front. The bus is within a few minutes walk. Sechelt is 20 kms away and offers art galleries, shopping and a great bathing beach at Porpoise Bay. The summer weather is usually very hot in July, around 80 degrees. Up the coast is Pender Harbour about 40 kms drive with lakes great fishing and hiking areas. |
