We are located in the city of Mission, in
the province of British Columbia (http://www.city.mission.bc.ca/welcome.htm).
Our home is in a newer neighborhood. Locally we have all amenities,
are nestled in the foothills of the mountains, surrounded by lakes,
beaches, hiking trails, waterfalls, and hot springs. Close to Vancouver
(62 km) the ocean and beaches by car or train, and 2.5hrs from the world
famous Whistler resort. Vancouver Island is also easily accessible
by ferry. South of the border (15 km) into the USA are several
smaller historic communities, Mount Baker and the city of Seattle,
Washington.
Built in 1998 out home has all the comforts, including televisions in most of the rooms including a 52” television complete with surround sound, 3 fireplaces (one in the master bedroom), 2 bathrooms, 4 bedrooms (one of which is used as an office with a pull out sofa bed), 2 queen size canopy beds, a master on suite with a soak tub, a formal dining room and beautiful views of the mountains from the back deck, family room, kitchen and master bedroom. Room to sleep 7 persons, tastefully decorated, spacious, and very comfortable. |
