Description. This is a small but comfortable
home in a secure and friendly neighborhood. Suitable for 4 people. The house has 2 other rooms
on top. One is occupied by a Swedish young jeweler and the other by a Hungarian
chef. They have their own entrance. probably mayanriviera.com.
Playa del Carmen is a very multicultural town, passing in the last 10
years from a fisherman's town to a center for pleasant days at the beach,
traveling to see Mayan ruins and very amusing nights. Lots of Italian
restaurants, mexican and everything you can think of. Is great for diving
and right across from the island of Cozumel. We are also 45 minutes away
from Cancun and 1 hour away to the Tulum ruins. Close to Chichen Itza and
in the heart of the mayan world. I have a sharpei dog named Droopy and
another that is a relative to a black retriever named Turca. There is a
maid at the house and she takes care of the dogs and she can take care of
the house cleaning and clothes washing. She is my sweet Estela and has
been with us for quiet a long time. We can exchange cars. We have a
tracker, perfect for this area, with a/c and double traction. Sorry for my
English!!! We are 2 blocks from the beach and 4 from the walking streets
where you can find the best handcrafts ,clothes and restaurants in town. I
feel this is a great place for fun, diving, taking it easy and evocating
history in the Mayan Riviera of the Mexican Caribbean.
We are a family of 6,3 in this house and my daughter Clea , her daughter
Luna and grandma Emma living 2 blocks away. In this house lives my husband
Manolo, my son Valentino and me (Cristina) We own 2 restaurants in town.
An Argentinean grill named Buenos Aires and an European gourmet "Ula
Gula" My husband and I are "a little passed 50" My daughter
is 23, our boy is 18, grandma 86 and beautiful Luna is almost 4.
