	Description. Our spacious 2 bedroom home is set right on the ocean. There is a large wraparound balcony which is often used as a second dining area. Puerto Vallarta is a charming old fishing village which has developed into a world class resort area. The condo has a large well maintained pool on the roof and a restaurant on the beach level. There is daily maid service except Sunday. Vallarta is interesting for all age groups. We are retired school teachers who moved here several years ago and love having Vallarta as our home. The large master bedroom has a king size bed and opens on the the ocean, the second bedroom can be either twin beds or king. The condo sleeps 4 comfortably and the 2 sofas in the living room are large and can be used as beds for guests if necessary. The second bedroom also has a wonderful ocean view. The kitchen is spacious as is the dining room. We keep a no smoking home but do allow guests to smoke on the balcony. Pets are not allowed in the building. Children are welcome. We are right on the ocean in the downtown area of Puerto Vallarta. The building is a well run very secure condo. Many wonderful restaurants are within easy walking distance. The main plaza is a few blocks away and a major grocery store is a short 2 blocks away. We are part of the old town, yet are right on the ocean with every modern convenience available. We have a 1995 Nissan which we would consider exchanging. There is underground parking. We have a no smoking home, but we allow our guests to smoke on the balcony. Pets are not allowed in the building. Puerto Vallarta has a large international airport with flights from North America and Europe and connections to Asia.
