| Description. Perfectly
positioned above the lovely white sands of Oneroa Beach and elevated to
take advantage of the stunning 180 degree views of Oneroa Bay and
beyond. Peace, quiet and privacy and yet only 50 metres to the
restaurants, cafes and shops in Oneroa Village as well as direct access
to the beach pathway. This north facing, sunny house offers private and
quiet, fully self contained accommodation, with a 2 bedroom apartment on
the upper level (up to 5 people) and a 1 bedroom apartment on the lower
level (up to 4 people). These can easily be opened into one large house
which will comfortably accommodate up to 9 people. Each apartment has a
private bathroom and full kitchen with microwave. There is a shared
laundry with auto washer and dryer. Each apartment opens onto it's own
sunny, spacious deck - perfect for wining and dining, a casual BBQ, or
simply relaxing and enjoying the wonderful views of the beach, the bay
and beyond to the Hauraki Gulf and the Coromandel Peninsular. We are Leonie and Malcolm Jarvis, retired Nursing Lecturer and Company Director respectively, aged 60 and 62. We have been exchanging for 10 years. The English, German and American visitors who have stayed in our place have all said it is an idyllic environment -wonderful for artists/writers and the like! Most wished they could stay longer – a few said forever! We would happily refer you to some of these people. Auckland is also a gateway to Australia (no more than a “bus ride” - flight time 2.5hrs), Fiji, Raratonga, Noumea (all about 2 hrs), Hawaii or Tahiti (both about 8 hrs). We are interested in: Exchanging in Sept and Oct THIS year (say 6 weeks) for a campervan, or alternatively for a home and car, which we could use to tour primarily around Italy. It does not need to be simultaneous.
