| Description. We live in
Mission Bay a trendy upmarket suburb with lovely promenade along the beach
front which is dotted with no less than 35 cafes & restaurants. Our home
is 400 metres from the beach in one direction & 700 metres from a
comprehensive shopping centre with Supermarket in the other direction.
Mission Bay is 10 minutes drive from Auckland & there is a regular bus

Californian style house built in 1928 The house consists of 2 bedrooms with twin beds in each & these are carpeted.. There are 2 separate living rooms with lovely old timber floors, the front one gets the morning sun the other opens onto a deck & conservatory & gets sun from mid morning till sunset. From the deck you can see glimpses of the sea. We have just renovated the kitchen with birch cupboards & stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher & gas/electric stove. The bathroom has just been renovated also & has a lovely large shower with turbo jets & spa bath. There is also a laundry with large washing machine, double car garage. We are happy to exchange our car with yours. Our car is a late model Peugeot 306 4 door Automatic sedan. It is Left hand drive, we were living in Spain when we decided to move to new Zealand two years ago, we had only bought our car a few months before so decided to ship it rather than take a loss. We are in our late 50's & took early retirement to travel. We have done many exchanges & love the chance to experience life in a new place from the comforts of a home away from home. We are non smokers & definitely do not want anyone smoking in our home. There is a small garden & we have a gardener fortnightly to mow the lawn.
