| Description. We
are hoping to exchange a house in Hout Bay, Cape Town, South Africa, for a
house in Auckland, New Zealand. Period would be 16 Dec 2004 to 13
Jan 2005, but we are a little flexible on either side of those dates. Our house is located in Hout Bay, one of the premier Atlantic Seaboard suburbs of Cape Town. You can pretty much find all you need to know about the site at http://mysite.mweb.co.za/residents/kangri/ (but note that there is no rental consideration here, the ad is a bit old!) It is also possible that we could simultaneously exchange our ensuite garden flatlet, which sleeps 2 adults. Depends on your needs. We have two cars for possible exchange, too. A Honda Ballade 1800, and a Toyota Cressida 2l automatic. Both with air-conditioning and power steering and the usual features. |
