Description. We
are a family of two, my 18 year old son and me. Our home is a small house
in the town of Hilversum, about 25 minutes drive from Amsterdam and 10
from Utrecht. Downstairs a living room with cable TV, stereo, computer
with a cable connection that can be freely used. The kitchen has a washing machine,
a microwave and a conventional oven. In the shed we keep our dryer as well
as 2 bicycles. Upstairs we have one bedroom with a double bed, one room
with a single bed and a room with the cupboard for clothes. For those that
have a larger family and don't mind a mattress on the floor our small
house can hold more people. The bathroom with a shower is upstairs as
well. The area is quite interesting, 5 minutes away from Loosdrecht,
famous for it's lakes. Surrounded by woods and heather walking and biking
is a good option. At half an hours drive there is a Sixs Flags theme park.
Of course Holland offers so much in sightseeing that you could be busy all
the time.
