The apartment flat that we use for our guests and exchange is located at the western region of the city. It is just 300 meters from the beach. Because of being on the 8th floor of the apartment (there is an elevator), our loft has a spectacular view of the sea, mountains and the city. The terrace is 25 m2 with a barbeque and there is a bedroom with a double bed, an open kitchen with dishwasher, stove, oven, refrigerator  a bathroom with shower, toilet, 24 hours hot water and washing machine, a 30 m2 living room in the flat. There is also a Hi-fi unit, TV, satellite unit, telephone and air-condition unit (with both hot and cold air capability) present in our flat. A total of 3 person can use the flat, and if necessary we can provide a portable bed for one more person.
We live at the 7th floor of the same apartment. If a family of 4-6 person offers an exchange we would be glad to provide this flat instead of the loft. Because of having these 2 flats we can have a simultaneous exchange or a separate one on different dates. The exchange dates and destinations are open for us. The more the merrier.
