The home is centrally located to all freeways. All southern California attractions are freeway close. The townhouse is approximately 1700 square feet in living area, with an open patio for gas BBQing and dinning outdoors if desired. The home has a detached two-car garage. The unit has two bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and is fully furnished and equipped for in-house formal dining. The townhouse complex has a large outdoor heated pool and indoor sauna, and a tennis court which is integral to a lush landscaped greenbelt area. The unit sleeps three comfortably. Each of the two master bedrooms has a full bathroom, Satellite TV and telephone. One of the master bedrooms doubles as a home office with a single bed; the other master bedroom has a king sized bed that sleeps two people very comfortably. I am a retired engineer interested in a home exchange for the fall of 2001. I may be traveling alone or have a maximum of two other friends as traveling companions. My home is a non-smoking dwelling but smoking is permitted in the outdoor patio. | ||
