We have a large, comfortable 2-story, 4 bedroom, 3 bath family home in Santa Barbara, California with a large, private backyard with terraced gardens and deck with incredible mountain views. There is a living room with fire place a a formal dining room, a kitchen with a casual dining area and a den. All modern conveniences including washer & dryer, oven, microwave, range, 2 refrigerators, dishwasher, backyard gas BBQ grill, 3 TVs/VCRs & videos, stereo & CD’s, 3 computers & fax. Nicely furnished with queen, double, single and bunk beds (sleeps 7 or more). A great touring base! The Neighborhood Our home is in a quiet, residential neighborhood, 10 minutes from beautiful sandy beaches, rustic wharf & harbor, charming downtown shops, theaters, sophisticated museums & world-class restaurants, historic Spanish Mission, mountain hiking and great golf & tennis. We are 10 minutes from the S.B. airport and University of California at S.B., and 30 minutes from wine country and horse ranches, Lake Cachuma (boating & fishing) and the Danish village of Solvang. Los Angeles is only 1.5 hours south with Hollywood, Universal Studios Tour, Disneyland, Dodgers baseball, etc. Santa Barbara is one of the most beautiful resorts in the world—often referred to as "The American Riviera".
