There is also a futon which can be used as a bed the living room. Laundry facilities in basement. All major appliance including Cable TV. 2 cats. Perfect for 1-2 people. Non-smokers only. You can walk to the Marina, Presidio, Golden Gate Bridge and Union Street shops. The Safeway (grocery store) is 3 blocks. There are more than 100 restaurants within 1/2 mile. A bus stops in front of my building that goes to Fisherman's wharf (5 min) North Beach (10 min) Chinatown (15 min) and Union Square (20 min). In addition, you can use my Ford Explorer to go wine tasting in Napa (1.5 hours) to Carmel/Monterey (2.5 hours), Lake Tahoe (3 hours) or Yosemite (4 hours). I have a garage so parking is no problem. | ||
