Description. I have a 3
bedroom house in San Diego California. 2 bathrooms; one of the bedrooms
is my office with computer etc.; both bedrooms have TV and queen-size
beds; living room with couches, TV and Grand Piano; large Kitchen with
electric range and 2 ovens and dishwasher. Dining room next to Kitchen;
entry hallway; attached garage; front yard with apricot tree and apple
tree, roses grass etc.; back yard has covered brick Patio next to house,
grass and various plants; little "house" containing a hot tub
(Jacuzzi). There is a gardener that comes once a week to take care of
the yard and a housekeeper can be available. The beach is about 8
minutes away and there's a shopping center with large grocery shop
within walking distance also a couple of restaurants, haircut place,
drug store... and a VERY large shopping center with major department
stores, movie house, etc. 5 minutes by car or bus or 20 minutes walk.
