Description. Our condo is a
second home and is located 30 miles north of San Diego directly facing
the Pacific Ocean. It is a cozy 1 bedroom/1bath unit on the 2nd floor
with a balcony overlooking the beach and ocean. It is one of the only
south facing beaches in Southern California. Because of the location, it
is a good setting to visit all S.C. attractions as well as venture into
Mexico at the border. The complex has a swimming pool, Jacuzzi and is
gated. It is on a marina and harbor so there is fishing available within
walking distance as well as dining and shops. The kitchen is fully
equipped with dishwasher and microwave. There are 2 televisions and
laundry facilities are very handy. We are flexible on times of exchanges
because it is our second home.
