with panoramic views to Catalina Island north and La Jolla to the south.
It is a one level 2 bedroom plus den, 2 bath home with 2 car garage and
large front deck facing the ocean. The back yard is enclosed with
gardens and fountain. The southern California weather is mild year
around so walks on the beach can be almost a daily event. San Diego
is about 1 hour away and offers Balboa Park with museums and cultural
attractions. Other attractions near San Diego are "Old Town",
Tijuana, Mexico for shopping and Coronado Island. The whole San
Diego county area is a golfers paradise and Palm Springs is within 2 hours
for dining and more golf and shopping. Other day trips to San Juan
Capistrano, San Clemente, Laguna Beach, Dana Point and Riverside are all
within 2 hours drive and well worth seeing. Our neighborhood is
quiet and with wonderful neighbors, many retired.
