Description. 10 miles south
of Washington DC in a lovely community with nice neighbors. Ours is a 2400
SF townhome, 4BRs/4BA (although since we are empty-nesters only 3 of the
BRs are functional and the other one is a studio office), on a small lake
(no boating) bordering a nature preserve. It sleeps 6 adults and 2
children comfortably. We have easy access to all the DC attractions
(museums, etc----did you know that entry to most museums in DC is free?).
Shared tennis courts; Walking distance to local gold course. Grand piano.
We will care for pets and will consider a car exchange as well.
