| Description. We have 2 places we
are willing to trade, one in the city in Boston and one in the country
in Vermont. You could use either or stay some time in each. Our car is
also available for use while you’re here in New England. VERMONT is the USA’s most rural State. 85% of the state is covered with forests (private, State and National) with crystal clear streams and waterfalls, hiking trails, old dirt roads/paths and abundant wildlife. Our cabin is in Townshend, in the southeast corner of Vermont, 125 miles (200 km) from Boston. We own it with another couple who use it less than once weekend per month, so we can usually work out a schedule that allows others to use it. It sits in a 11 acre (4 hectare) meadow with a few fruit trees and berry bushed surrounded by woods. It has hot water, shower (no bathtub), wood stove for heat, and electricity. |
