	Description. Located near the village of Liff, by Dundee in Scotland. It is an ideal touring base for most of the North East area and provides easy access to the beautiful Angus glens. However it is likely that you would not need to venture far a field as there are a multitude of activities in the immediate vicinity and I list a sample of these: Golf; Leisure Pool & Complex; Hill Walking; Salmon & Trout Fishing; Whisky Trail; Safari Park; Water Sports; Castles etc. etc. Edinburgh is an easy 1 hour drive and St. Andrews, Carnoustie, Gleneagles, and Blairgowrie Championship Golf Courses are all within 30 minutes drive. Some of the best Salmon fishing in the World is available on the rivers Tay, and Spey amongst others. Angus is steeped in history. The Stone of Destiny which has recently returned to Scotland was originally from Scone Palace, some 25 miles west, this was the crowning place of many Scots Kings and is open to the Public, it is well worth a visit. Our house is a beautiful Edwardian Villa, almost 100 yrs old, it is full of charm and character. The village of Liff lies 3 miles west of Dundee and 20mls east of Perth. Spectacular scenery abounds, and we are close to the Highlands & the beautiful glens of Angus. The house has all domestic appliances and a beautiful large garden with terrace and patio Our friendly neighbors will assist you, if necessary, with any problems.
